  Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant role:
  • Process full cycle high volume A/P for multiple locations
    
  • assist with integrating acquired companies into the accounting system
    
  • the staff accountant will prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and accruals
    
  • assist with inventory counts, pricing and reporting
    
  • monthly billing, reconciliation of customer accounts and revenue recognition
    Preferred qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required for the Staff Accountant
      
    • 2-4 years of experience in Accounting or Finance #INAUG2023
      
    • savvy with systems and strong in Excel, SQL a plus
      
    • professional communication skills and passionate about collaborating with other departments
