Administrator Job Description The Plumbing Coordinator supports
daily operations for the plumbing service team, ensuring
technicians are properly dispatched, work is completed efficiently,
and billing is processed promptly. This role is on-site in
Louisville, with limited remote flexibility as approved.
Responsibilities Dispatch and coordinate technicians; ensure daily
schedules, assignments, and job readiness. Monitor technician
progress, completion status, and follow-up needs throughout the
day. Maintain clear communication with technicians, Project
Managers, and leadership. Process invoices promptly; manage
collections, cash flow tracking, and job documentation. Maintain
service logs, job records, work orders, and reporting for
management visibility. Support project managers with administrative
needs, job tracking, and workflow alignment. Identify scheduling
gaps, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth field operations.
Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and workflow clarity
for technicians. Essential Skills Plumbing Project management

customers. Competent with basic administrative systems, digital
tools, and documentation. Problem-solving mindset with the ability
to troubleshoot scheduling or workflow conflicts. High attention to
detail, especially in invoicing and record-keeping. Work

Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
