Country Club is seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented
Full-Time Handyman/Maintenance Technician to support the daily
upkeep and overall appearance of our clubhouse, facilities, and
grounds. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and
welcoming environment for our members, guests, and staff. Key
Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs
throughout the clubhouse, grounds, and club facilities Troubleshoot
and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors, locks,
fixtures, and furniture Conduct preventative maintenance to
minimize downtime and unexpected repairs Assist with room setups
and breakdowns for events, dining, and member functions Respond
promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management Monitor
and maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies Coordinate
with vendors and contractors as needed Maintain safety standards
and comply with all local codes and club policies Assist with
seasonal projects and special projects as assigned Qualifications &
Skills: General knowledge of building maintenance (plumbing,
electrical, carpentry, painting, basic HVAC) Ability to
troubleshoot and problem-solve independently Strong attention to
detail and pride in workmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and
perform physical tasks regularly Excellent time management and
organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred Schedule:
Full-time position Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be
required based on club operations and events Compensation &
