Pay: $21/hr (paid weekly) Your Role: Empower Investors, Build Trust
As a Financial Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the trusted first
point of contact for our investors. You’ll help them navigate their
financial journey by: Processing account transactions (purchases,
redemptions, exchanges) Troubleshooting online account access and
navigation Offering guidance aligned with their financial goals

We’re Looking For Must-Haves: 1 year of customer service experience

Nice-to-Haves: College degree or equivalent experience Interest in
financial services or investment support Training & Career

Licensing Prep: 5–6 weeks (earn your SIE license) Advanced

Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale,
CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 -
$21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may
depend on your job classification and length of employment.
