What You’ll Do The Dispatch team Assistant supports the daily scheduling and coordination of service technicians for a residential home services company. This role helps ensure efficient job assignment, timely communication, and excellent customer service. The Dispatcher Assistant works closely with dispatchers, technicians, and office staff to keep operations running smoothly. Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience): Trades experience Preferred but not required Efficiently scheduling technicians on jobs Assisting technicians dispatch to their jobs Scheduling customers for services that have been quoted Rescheduling non-emergency appointments when emergency appointments arise Requirements Excellent customer service and phone skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to type 35-45 WPM Ability to pass a background and drug test Compensation: $18hr- $20hr Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards Benefits: Competitive Compensation – Paid Weekly Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance PTO AND Sick time package 401(k) Plan Company Holidays (Office Closed) Life Insurance Legal Shield Disability Perks: Work Vehicle Provided Uniforms and WireNut gear!
