prosperity. THE WORK Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented PROJECT
LEAD (SW & HW deliveries) with a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance to work
from our beautiful Aurora, CO location. This is an MID-SR CAREER
(level 4) ROLE where candidates typically require 5 years of
professional experience and a BS degree. This is a position within
the Release Management, Delivery Support Team for the E2 Program
and supports Echelon 2 maintenance for an Operations and
Maintenance (O&M) Program. • As a part of the Delivery Support
Team, you will be responsible for the promotion phase within the
baseline lifecycle. • You will also act as a project lead for the
promotion of custom Software baselines, COTS, and Hardware to
multiple locations to include support/test systems and the
operational system. • You will perform audits of baseline content,
research and resolve inconsistencies from the audits, maintain the
release content documentation, customize the detailed promotion
installation checklist, and conduct the execution of the promotion
checklist during the baseline promotion. • This position performs
other related duties and assignments as required. • You may be
assigned to support the development facility to assist with the
preparations for the baseline promotion phase. • After hours
response to a pager will be required on a rotating basis. • Working
non-standard shifts will be required infrequently to support

Qualifications • Proven Project Leadership skills • UNIX/Linux
command line level knowledge • A working understanding of
Software/Hardware/COTS Configuration Management (CM) methodologies
• User level knowledge of COTS Configuration Management tool(s) •
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust to a
variety of audiences; able to facilitate meetings with diverse
stakeholders • Good presentation skills; must be able to present
clearly and concisely on a weekly basis to upper management and
customers • Able to work independently, within a team or lead a
team • Microsoft Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word •
Ability to adapt to a changing environment • An active TS/SCI w/
poly security clearance is required for consideration Desired
skills • Worked on large, mature programs with both development and
maintenance efforts ongoing in parallel • Have experience with
complex program planning where a multitude of resources are all
contributing to the final product • A thorough understanding of

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits
