Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Client Success Manager to
manage high-value enterprise accounts and drive client success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-scale accounts, building
executive-level relationships and delivering tailored
strategies
Oversee all phases of client relationships, including deployment,
launch, optimization, and renewal
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop customized solutions that
align with client growth goals
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B2C/B2B Client Success roles with
strategic accounts ($10M+ ARR)
Proven track record of managing and expanding high-impact,
strategic relationships
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on client service and
retention
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership of
account success
Knowledge of the financial industry and its growth opportunities is
a plus
