Volt is immediately hiring a Senior Sourcing Manager -Procurement, Flexibles in LOUISVILLE, Colorado 80027

As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Job Duties:
Implement the sourcing strategy for the Flexibles -NORAM in alignment with the global category strategy.
Understand the local / regional needs on sustainability and high shelf performance
Implement regional action plans to fulfill local and global requirements.
Prepare and support the huge transformation of our business without supply chain issues
Track and implement an improvement program on security of supply and supplier compliance
Provide productivity ideas and implement current initiatives successfully.
Be owner of the performance and supplier relationship management
Be present and make sure of cross-stakeholder representation in strategic business topics.
Be the custodian of efficient and effective processes
Maintain the high level of accuracy on prices in the systems
Be prepared for data input to (global) tenders and or regional request
Collaborative ways of working between planning, operations and procurement.


Location: LOUISVILLE, Colorado 80027
Pay range: $38.00 per hour - $42.60 per hour
Contract Duration: 03 months
