Are you looking for future progression in a global business with opportunities to become a Director?On offer is a fantastic opportunity as you will play a key role in the success of this business. You will be a pivotal piece in the growth of the nationally recognized company.The company are a global business that employs thousands of people across 30 sites. You will have the whole facility reporting to you ensuring production targets are met whilst also maintaining good relationship with customers.The role would suit someone from a senior management background that is either a GM or looking to become one. Someone that wants to progress into Directorship and be an integral part of a leading companies success.The role:

• Ensuring the plant succeeds - managing around 70 people
• Ensuring customers are satisfied and will return
• Ensuring the production targets are met
• Creating a common vision and goal that all employees can followThe candidate:
  • Experienced Manager
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Ideally come from an industrial or manufacturing background
  • Looking to play a key role in the success of a company whilst working towards becoming a Director
