Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Progressive Care Unit team at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion. As a RN in this unit, you will provide top-notch patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to prioritize patient needs and develop effective care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
• Precept new staff members and contribute to a positive learning environmentRequirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
  • American Heart Association ACLS certification
