Managing Doctor with/noutstanding leadership abilities and a proven
track record in driving practice/ngrowth. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for overseeing day-to-day/nclinical operations,
managing a dedicated team of healthcare professionals,/nensuring
excellent patient care, and meeting revenue and performance

extended lunch/nbreak. Key Responsibilities: /n - Lead and
co-manage a/n multidisciplinary team of medical professionals
alongside a hospital/n manager, fostering a culture of
collaboration and high performance. /n - Develop and implement/n
strategies to drive patient acquisition, retention, and
satisfaction. /n - Oversee clinical/n operations to ensure optimal
patient care, quality standards, and/n efficiency. /n - Work
closely with/n hospital manager to ensure smooth day-to-day
operations. /n - Implement/n and optimize processes to increase
productivity and streamline/n workflow. /n - Ensure compliance
with/n all regulatory requirements, medical standards, and practice
policies. /n - Monitor key performance/n indicators and use
data-driven insights to make informed decisions and/n continuously
improve practice performance. /n Competitive annual base salary for
fulltime: 120,000-150,000 base plus production based on experience
