Licensed Vocational Nurse Role $1,600 per week Home Health LPN - PACE Program Coverage Area: Urvada, CO Littleton, Golden, and east to I-25 Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Caseload: 5-15 patients per day We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our PACE Home Health Program.
