A licensed Occupational Therapist is needed to provide specialized support within a school setting, serving students across multiple grade levels from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position is located in Boulder, Colorado, offering the opportunity to contribute to the development and success of children in a dynamic educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Provide direct therapy services focused on enhancing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with school policies. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license to practice in Colorado. Experience working with school-aged children, preferably across multiple grade ranges (K-5, 6-8, 9-12). Strong understanding of educational environments and ability to collaborate with teaching staff. Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to diverse student needs.
