Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Neuro Location: Englewood, CO Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,916 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position ```htmlJob Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Neurotrauma Unit – Colorado Start Date: December 22, 2025 Location: Englewood, Colorado Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts, seasonal travel assignment Highlights: 38-bed acute Neurotrauma unit specializing in stroke and neurological patient care Nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1 to 5:1, working alongside experienced charge nurses and patient care technicians Utilizes Meditech EMR, standard IV pumps, seizure monitoring equipment, Bi-pap, C-pap, and glucometers Opportunity to work with a collaborative, highly motivated team of 55 clinical staff members Seasonal travel assignment providing exposure to neuro-specific clinical practice guidelines and stroke protocols Requirements: Current Colorado RN license or eligibility for licensure NIH Stroke Scale certification (required) BLS certification (required) ACLS certification (preferred) Strong medical-surgical nursing background Neuro or stroke experience strongly preferred Experience with NIH/stroke assessments, neuro assessments, tracheostomy care, feeding tubes, and fall risk protocols Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position is ideal for passionate, energetic nurses who thrive in a fast-paced neuro environment and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
