Currently, the company is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner
to join its team in Aurora and play a vital role in helping
individuals on their journey toward recovery. This position offers
you the unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference, working
with patients on their path to sobriety through comprehensive care,
compassionate support, and collaborative treatment. What You’ll Do:
Perform detailed physical exams and gather medical histories to
determine the best care plan for each patient. Develop and oversee
individualized care plans, including medication management and
therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs. Support
patients through detox and withdrawal, including managing MAT
(Medication-Assisted Treatment) for opioid use. Provide essential
information and guidance to patients and their families on
addiction, recovery, lifestyle changes, and medications. Regularly
evaluate patients’ progress, make adjustments to their treatment
plans, and document all care in compliance with regulatory
guidelines. Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals,
participating in team meetings and case discussions to ensure the
best possible outcomes for each patient. Respond swiftly to acute
patient needs, offering support and care when needed. Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Valid Nurse
Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Colorado. Certification
as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Psychiatric-Mental Health
Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is preferred. Prior experience in
addiction medicine, behavioral health, or a related field is
preferred. Familiarity with medication-assisted treatment and
