~26 sessions/week (Exempt) or W-2 Part-Time - ~13 sessions/week

hours include: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Location: This is a hybrid
role based out of Denver, CO Role Summary We are seeking a Licensed
Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC) to become a part of the Denver
Wellness Associates team! Your focus will be on providing high
quality, outpatient, patient care as part of a team. You will
provide diagnostic evaluations and subsequent focused treatment
using a variety of evidenced-based treatment interventions and
various treatment modalities including individual, family, marital,
and group psychotherapies. In this position, you will meet with
clients, analyze their mental health status, and develop a course
of therapy to address their issues. You may work with clients who
have substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety, or eating
disorders. You should have some experience with a wide variety of
patients and conditions. Our ideal applicant has a master’s degree
in psychology or social work and a license from the state. Clinical
experience and CBT or DBT experience is also a requirement.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Receives referrals from
physicians and mid-level providers. Perform initial evaluations of
client needs and develop customized treatment plans. Provide
counseling/talk therapy to scheduled patients utilizing
professional counseling standards. Formulates differential
diagnosis of mild to moderate mental health conditions. Formulates
short-term and long-term counseling plans for patients under care.
Consults with medical director and other providers regarding
complex patients and regarding prescription medications prescribed
by providers. Identify patients with urgent mental health
conditions (e.g. suicidal, homicidal, psychotic, etc.) and make
appropriate referrals to available emergency or psychiatric
treatment facilities. Provide written document of counseling
sessions, assessments, interventions Prepares and conducts group
counseling utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Establishes systematic follow-up for evaluation of the plan of care
and reassesses and modifies the plan, as necessary, including
initiation of referrals and consultation with other health care
providers as appropriate. Assures patient and family teaching is
adequate to manage the treatment plan. Maintain appropriate
documentation of clinical and counseling services, including all
necessary billing information. Maintain and update professional
knowledge and proficiency through continuing education, staff
meetings, workshops. Compensation & Benefits: Compensation: $55 per
session; paid bi-weekly; estimated annual earning potential of up

Requirements: Minimum Qualifications Master’s or doctoral degree in
Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or
related field Active, unrestricted license: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or
LPCC in Colorado Strong background in evidence-based practices
(e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy
independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms with
adherance to HIPAA Experience conducting psychotherapy with
specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
Experience in outpatient or group practice settings Demonstrates
positive behavior, attitude, and commitment as documented by
supervising physician, patient satisfaction surveys, and feedback
from other personnel. Work with physicians, mid-levels and other
members of medical care teams to evaluate patient conditions and
develop comprehensive care plans. Demonstrates positive teamwork,
cooperative efforts, prompt and attentive service to patients and
