Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school district
near Aurora, CO, is proactively expanding its team ahead of the
2026-2027 school year to meet the growing needs of students across
multiple grade levels. This is an opportunity for skilled
Occupational Therapists (OTs) to contribute directly to student
success in a consistent, school-based setting. Openings are
available for full-time, on-site roles serving Elementary, Middle,
and High School students. Interview scheduling is underway,
providing candidates an opportunity to discuss specific school
sites, work hours, and caseload details. Assignments will be
tailored based on each therapists expertise and on acceptance of an
offer. These school-based OT positions offer stability with
consistent pay and work schedules, eliminating the unpredictability
often found in clinical settings, such as last-minute
cancellations. Services primarily involve 1:1 pediatric therapy
sessions within elementary through high school environments. Key
Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with
valid credentials to practice in school settings Experience
providing 1:1 therapy to pediatric populations across Elementary,
Middle, and High School levels Ability to manage diverse caseloads
with individualized treatment plans Strong communication and
collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families,
