Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel RN
specializing in Labor and Delivery to join our team of healthcare
professionals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work
across various UCHealth facilities in Colorado, providing top-level
care in a supportive and advanced medical environment. Our goal is
to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and their babies through a
patient-centered approach to care delivery. As a member of our
team, you will benefit from the broad resources and innovative
practices UCHealth is known for. Provide direct and individualized
nursing care to women before, during, and post-partum. Monitor
fetal health during labor and delivery and assist with any
complications to ensure mother and baby welfare. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic patient
care. Engage in patient and family education before, during, and
after birth. Maintain detailed patient records and charts. Ensure
the readiness and maintenance of all delivery tools and equipment.
Travel between various UCHealth facilities as required. Strong
clinical skills in labor and delivery practices Ability to adapt
quickly to different hospital settings Effective communication and
interpersonal skills Capable of critical thinking and
problem-solving under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license valid in the state of Colorado. BLS/CPR certification
mandated. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications preferred.
