Job Description:
Encompass Health Littleton Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated
Registered Nurses (RN) to join our night shift team. This role is
pivotal in delivering expert care to our patients during their
recovery process. You will administer nursing care in a
rehabilitation setting under the supervision of a manager, striving
to provide outstanding personalized treatment that supports patient
recovery. The position offers a competitive wage with a $6 per hour
shift differential for night duty. Provide and coordinate patient
care, educating patients and the public about various health
conditions. Develop and adjust patient care plans as needed.
Operate and monitor medical equipment. Record patients' symptoms
and medical histories, and maintain accurate patient reports and
records. Administer medications and treatments. Collaborate with
team members to facilitate rehabilitative services and conduct
patient assessments. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Ability to handle intensive physical workload Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using
healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice BLS/CPR certification
