Job Description:
Encompass Health Littleton Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse to join our team. Our facility specializes in
tailored rehabilitation programs designed to assist patients with
recovery from various injuries and health conditions. As a
Registered Nurse, you will play an essential role in providing
high-quality healthcare services, focusing on injury recovery and
holistic patient support. If you are looking for a challenging and

life. Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with
established policies, procedures, and protocols of the facility.
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and
communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Perform physical
assessments of patients, including determining symptoms and health
status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians. Assist with the coordination of care, from admission to
discharge planning. Educate patients and their families on illness,
injury care, and healthy behaviors post-discharge. Proven ability
to administer comprehensive patient care as per doctor's orders
Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Capability to make quick and
accurate assessments of patient conditions Knowledge of healthcare
software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) certified - American Heart
Association or equivalent Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certification preferred
