are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to specialize in our
Neuro Trauma Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for night shifts. This
position requires a compassionate professional who can deliver
meticulous care to patients suffering from neurological trauma and
critical conditions. Our ideal candidate is one who thrives in
high-pressure environments and is committed to supporting patient
and family-centered care. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing
care to patients in the Neuro Trauma ICU. Assess patients'
conditions and implement appropriate medical interventions.
Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate coordinated and
efficient patient care. Educate patients and families about
treatment plans and health management. Maintain and update patient
records accurately. Participate in continuous education to improve
patient outcomes and personal competencies. Exceptional clinical
skills tailored to neurological and trauma care. Ability to operate
and monitor neurological equipment. Strong organizational skills
and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective
communication and empathy in patient and family interactions.
Capacity to thrive under pressure and make critical decisions in
urgent situations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of
Colorado or a compact state. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
required. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
Certification in Neuroscience Nursing (CNRN) or Critical Care
Nursing (CCRN) highly recommended.
