Job Description:
UCHealth, a leading nonprofit health system in Colorado, seeks
an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Care
Regional Float Pool for night shifts. This challenging and
rewarding role requires a flexible, resilient nurse capable of
efficiently adapting to various acute care settings while
maintaining high standards of care. The ideal candidate will be a
compassionate, patient-focused professional who excels in dynamic
environments, effectively delivering exceptional healthcare across
multiple sites. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in
various acute care units across multiple hospitals. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate nursing care needs for patients. Record
patient histories, symptoms, and observations. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and enhance patient
care. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and
health maintenance. Adjust care plans based on patient condition,
response to treatment, and clinical judgment. Strong clinical
skills in an acute care setting. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. High adaptability to dynamic and changing
environments. Ability to perform well under stress and in emergency
situations. Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
