Job Description:
UCHealth invites qualified candidates to apply for the position
of Nursing House Supervisor within our respected health system.
Located across Colorado, UCHealth is dedicated to delivering
excellent care and enhancing the health of our patients through a
network of hospitals and outpatient facilities. As a Nursing House
Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining clinical
and administrative operations during assigned shifts. This position
ensures the delivery of exceptional care and compliance with
hospital policies and nursing standards. You will also oversee
nursing staff and ensure that patient needs are met with
professionalism and compassion. Oversee hospital operations during
assigned shifts, ensuring that staffing and medical resources are
efficiently utilized. Coordinate patient care activities and ensure
adherence to established healthcare protocols. Supervise and
evaluate nursing staff performance, providing guidance, and
coaching as needed. Respond to emergency situations promptly and
coordinate effective interventions. Facilitate communication
between different departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
at all times. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make quick and
effective decisions In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations
and hospital operations Proficiency in using healthcare software
and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) preferred
