Job Description:
HealthONE, a key part of HCA Healthcare based in Aurora, CO, is
seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiology Technologist to join our
night shift team. In this role, you will be instrumental in
providing high-quality radiologic care during night hours, catering
to a diverse patient population across all emergency and planned
procedures. This dynamic position requires technical precision,
clear communication, and a compassionate approach to patient care,
ensuring alignment with HealthONE's commitment to excellence in
healthcare services. Operate radiologic equipment to produce images
of the body for diagnostic purposes Monitor patients during
examinations and ensure their safety and comfort Prepare
examination rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment is available
and functional Collaborate with radiologists to determine
appropriate imaging techniques Maintain accurate patient records
and adhere to confidentiality guidelines Implement all radiation
safety procedures to minimize exposure to patient and staff
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with
industry standards and technological advancements Proficiency in
operating complex radiologic equipment Strong understanding of
radiation safety and protection practices Excellent patient
management skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and
fast-paced environment High attention to detail for accurate
imaging and diagnosis Good communication and interpersonal skills
