Job Description:

seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapy Coordinator to join our
dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing and overseeing the
respiratory therapy department, aligning practices with our

Respiratory Therapy Coordinator will be responsible for supervising
respiratory therapists, coordinating patient care plans, and
ensuring the highest standards of respiratory services are met.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to play a
significant role in the patient care process, working closely with
other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Supervise a team of respiratory therapists, providing guidance and
mentorship. Coordinate and develop patient care plans in
collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Monitor and
ensure the quality of respiratory care provided by the team. Manage
departmental staffing, including scheduling and training. Evaluate
the performance of respiratory services and implement improvements.
Participate in clinical audits and contribute to departmental
policies and procedures. Strong leadership and organizational
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient
in the use of medical technologies related to respiratory therapy
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making Knowledgeable of
respiratory therapy practices and principles Medical Insurance
