candidates Required Qualifications Board Eligible or Board
Certified – General Anesthesiology Practice Setting Join a
collaborative team of 50 employed anesthesiologists practicing
across: Level I Trauma Center Level III Trauma Center Outpatient
Surgical Center Case Mix Includes High-acuity trauma Obstetrics
(OB) Major spine procedures General surgery Vascular surgery
Thoracic surgery Orthopedics ENT Gynecology Urology
Gastrointestinal procedures Call & Schedule Manageable, equitable
call rotation Flexible FTE options Up to 16 weeks of vacation
depending on FTE structure Eight weeks vacation annually (based on
FTE) Compensation & Incentives Competitive base salary $20,000
starting bonus Quality Incentive Bonus – Up to $30,000 annually
