Job Description:

students who want to extend their learning beyond the classroom and
into a fast-paced, real-world medical setting. Assist with daily
patient care operations in the Med Tele unit, under the supervision
of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals. Monitor
patient vital signs and report abnormalities to the supervising
nurse. Provide direct patient care including bathing, changing
linens, and assisting with mobility. Prepare and administer
medications as directed by a healthcare provider. Maintain patient
records with accuracy and comply with all legal requirements.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with healthcare team
members to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. Basic
understanding of medical terminology and practices. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Capability to work
effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Proficiency
in handling medical equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of
hire.
