Job Description:

is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel RN Surgical Progressive
Care to join our dynamic team. As part of our healthcare system,
you will provide high-quality care and support in our
state-of-the-art facilities. This role involves working closely
with a diverse medical team to deliver comprehensive care to
surgical patients in a progressive care setting, aiding their
recovery and optimizing health outcomes. You will leverage your
specialized skills in a nurturing environment that prioritizes
patient care and professional growth. Provide direct and
individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of
scientific nursing principles. Monitor patient health and progress
post-surgery in a progressive care unit, identifying any sudden or
subtle changes in a patient's medical condition. Deliver detailed
instructions and information about post-operative care to patients
and their families. Collaborate with surgeons, surgical
technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective
patient care delivery. Implement and adhere to strict surgical
safety protocols and standards to maximize patient safety and care
outcomes. Administer medications, perform routine nursing duties,
and document patient histories and medical information with
accuracy. Strong clinical skills in a surgical setting Excellent
patient assessment capabilities Proficient in using medical
software and electronic health record systems Ability to multitask
and manage time effectively Strong communication and interpersonal
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) preferred Certified Progressive Care Nurse (PCCN)
certification is advantageous
