UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel RN specializing in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) to join our team on the night shift. This position is crucial in providing top-tier patient care in our state-of-the-art facilities across Colorado. The role requires a professional who can support both mother and child from the antepartum to postpartum stages, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to mothers and newborns through the LDRP process. Assess mothers and babies for distress signs and respond with appropriate interventions. Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other medical staff to develop care plans. Educate and support families on newborn care and postpartum recovery. Maintain patient records and adhere to hospital standards and safety protocols. Proficiency in LDRP care practices. Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform under pressure. Exemplary communication and empathy skills. Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado. CPR certified. NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred.
