Physical Therapist Location: Wheat Ridge, CO Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,628 to $1,828 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Wheat Ridge, CO at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA. Active Colorado state PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Must be competent with evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions common to outpatient settings. Experience performing 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits, or willingness to work in this visit cadence. (Preferred) Experience with electronic medical records, documentation of goals, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry. Ability to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student supervision when assigned. (Preferred) Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete state-mandated continuing education. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Duration: 13-week assignment with possibility of extended contract as client prefers longer terms. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Clinical expectations: 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions. May be asked to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
