This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced physician (five or more years in practice) who values high-quality inpatient care, strong teamwork, and a sustainable night-focused schedule. The position is based at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital, a modern 89-bed acute care hospital serving Longmont and surrounding communities including Erie, Boulder, Berthoud, Firestone, Superior and beyond. The hospital offers comprehensive services, including a busy birth center delivering close to 1,000 babies per year, emergency care, ICU, surgical services, and multispecialty physician support onsite, providing a well-resourced and supportive environment for nocturnist practice. Provide inpatient comprehensive obstetric care and gynecologic consults during nocturnist shifts from 7 p.m.-7 a.m. Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities available, with the option to work 6 to 12 nocturnist shifts per month, supporting work-life balance and long-term sustainability. Focus on in-house obstetric management, deliveries and triage as well as gyn consults and acute clinical issues overnight. Collaborate closely with a supportive, collegial team of eight OB/GYN physicians and four APPs, with backup physician coverage and multispecialty support. Communicate effectively with day teams to ensure smooth, high-quality handoffs and continuity of care. Practice within a fully integrated, system-wide Epic EMR environment. Exceptional Benefits This position offers a competitive compensation package: The pay range for this full-time position is $291,000-324,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered. Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates. Paid malpractice.
