Job Description:
Job Opportunity: Hematology/Oncology Physician Join a dedicated
and innovative team at a leading Cancer Care and Hematology Clinic
in Fort Collins, Colorado. This facility is committed to providing

trials in a highly supportive and collaborative environment. You
will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients'
lives through expert care and teamwork. Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care for individuals with various types of
cancer and hematological disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma,
and myeloma. Work alongside a team of physicians, advanced practice
providers (APPs), and support staff to deliver disease-specific
care. Collaborate with nurse navigators and care managers to ensure
coordinated, high-quality patient care. Stay at the forefront of
innovative treatments and technologies in oncology. Utilize EPIC
EMR system to document and manage patient care effectively.
Participate in clinical research and apply new treatment
methodologies. Offer consultations, second opinions, and treatment
plans for complex cancer cases. Collaborate with a progressive team
to deliver the highest standard of patient care. Engage in minimal
call responsibilities shared with a large team of other clinicians.
NOT DOING ANY LOCUMS OR LOCUMS TO PERM. Able to support visa
candidates for this position. Qualifications: Board Eligible
(within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Hematology and
Oncology. [REQUIRED] Active Colorado License (or willingness to
obtain). [REQUIRED] Clean malpractice and license history. [HIGHLY
PREFERRED] Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days
active). [REQUIRED] DEA (must be obtained prior to start).
[REQUIRED] Permanent Placement Fee of $25K. [REQUIRED] Visa
Support: Does the provider require J1 or H1B support? [REQUIRED]
License and Certification Requirements: Board Certified or Eligible
in Hematology/Oncology. Active Colorado medical license or
willingness to obtain. DEA registration (to be obtained before
starting work). Recent NPDB Self Query Report. Fort Collins,
