of the kitchen. They work closely with GM and AGM to operate the
restaurant with their primary focus on all things kitchen and food.

REQUIRED (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED) 3-5 years kitchen experience
required 1-3 years management experience required Ability to listen

pressure of meeting tight deadlines in a timely manner Comfortable
with the Computer and the functions that are expected from a
manager Good communication, organizational & time-management skills
Ability to recognize problems and problem solve Ability to work

able to work a flexible schedule Reliable form of transportation
