Job Description Job Description Primary Job Title: Maintenance Technician Alternate / Related Job Titles: • Facilities Maintenance Technician • Industrial Maintenance Technician • Mechanical Maintenance Technician • Hydrogen Systems Technician • Process Equipment Maintenance Technician Location & Onsite Flexibility: Littleton, MA — Onsite Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 3 Months Start: As Soon As Possible Pay Rate: $53.65/hour Job Summary The Maintenance Technician supports the operation and maintenance of the Littleton Hydrogen Transfill Facility , performing preventative maintenance and repairs on high-pressure, cryogenic, and instrumentation systems . This role is critical to ensuring safe, reliable operation of hydrogen infrastructure assets across the East Coast. Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Operations Perform routine preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on hydrogen transfill equipment Support maintenance of high-pressure piping, cryogenic systems, pumping systems, and instrumentation Troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues with a focus on safety and reliability Technical & Documentation Support Interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, piping diagrams, and P&IDs Enter and maintain operational data using Google Sheets, Alto, and HMI systems Maintain inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and supplies Safety & Collaboration Follow all safety, operational, and regulatory procedures Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and facility personnel Support operational deadlines, including occasional overtime as required Required Skills & Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience 1–2 years of diagnostic and/or repair experience in one or more of the following: Cryogenics High-pressure piping Programmable controls Pumping systems Mechanical systems Process instrumentation Technical Skills Working knowledge of Google Sheets Experience entering data into Alto Ability to work with HMI interfaces Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license Strong math skills, including calculation of figures and units of measure Ability to work independently and take initiative Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work occasional overtime Soft Skills Strong problem-solving mindset Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across diverse teams Adaptable and safety-focused Benefits Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans 401(k) Retirement Fund About the Company This organization is a global leader in gases, technologies, and services for industry and healthcare, operating in more than 60 countries and serving millions of customers worldwide.
