Responsibilities:

Represent and grow your own caseload (particularly complex cases) to continue your practice as an attorney
Oversee law office operations including establishing the law firm structure, communicating and enforcing team values, and contributing to strategic business decisions to achieve our overall company goals
Handle the financial strategy of the law firm by monitoring the monthly budget, distributing funds across the company, anticipating requirements and trends, and evaluating the results - making any necessary changes
Build up the credibility of the law firm to the community by planning, organizing, and speaking at events such as webinars, media events, marketing initiatives, etc.
Make sure that our legal team is providing the highest level of client service by evaluating their quality and productivity and making recommendations for improvement
--- Works under the general direction of the Owner but has a broad degree of discretion with respect to control of cases.
--- Manages own caseload.
--- Willingness to jump in and help with cases when team members leave or when we are short-staffed.

Qualifications:

Supervisory experience, as well as decision- making and public speaking experience are a must
Superior proficiency in reviewing reports, budgets, and advanced computer skills
Great leadership, relationship building, process improvement, and communication skills are needed in this role
Four-year bachelor's degree, along with a three-year law degree from an accredited law school
At least 5 years of experience as an attorney


About Company:
This job is full-time.

Saturday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Sunday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

3 days out of the week, the hours will be from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
