Job Description:
Clear Creek County is seeking a dedicated and disciplined law
enforcement professional to join our team as a SGT Patrol,
overseeing daily patrol operations and ensuring the safety and
security of our community. This position plays a crucial role in
maintaining order, enforcing laws, and providing a safe environment
for residents and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate proven leadership capabilities, a commitment to law
enforcement, and the ability to effectively manage and mentor
patrol officers. Supervise and oversee the daily activities of
patrol officers to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal
laws. Coordinate and manage the response to emergency situations,
providing guidance and support to officers in the field. Develop
and implement strategic policing methods to reduce crime and
enhance community relations. Conduct performance reviews, provide
training and development opportunities to officers under your
command. Collaborate with other law enforcement agencies and
community organizations to enhance safety and security. Prepare
reports and maintain accurate records of patrol operations and
incidents. Manage the scheduling and deployment of patrol units to
optimize coverage and effectiveness. Handle sensitive and complex
investigations, providing expert advice and oversight. Strong
leadership and interpersonal communication skills Expert knowledge
of law enforcement principles and practices Proficient in the use
of law enforcement technology and databases Ability to handle
stressful situations with professionalism Excellent organizational
and problem-solving skills Commitment to ethical conduct and
