We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator whose focus will be responsible for managing shipping, inventory control, receiving, and distribute material and products within the warehouse and manufacturing floor. Reads customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed, packaged and/or shipped Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as Part Number, Sort Code, or Bin Location Ensure the Warehouse is clean, accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic Help put systems in place to increase warehouse organization and efficiency Load and transport material via company truck to and from suppliers Keep inventory highly organized and ensure all transactions in ERP system are done accurately Cycle count inventory on an ongoing basis Monitor inventory movements Conduct inventory audits, investigation and root cause analysis Implement efficient inventory management practices Generate reports on inventory turnover, stock levels, and other metrics Sweep, dust, and mop as needed Organize warehouse and work area to maintain cleanliness and safety at all times Perform other duties as assigned Warehouse Coordinator Qualifications : MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED High School Diploma or GED (required) Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment (required) Minimum of 2 years’ experience with inventory control (preferred) Experience with standard warehouse shipping UPS, FedEx, DHL small package processing.
