Growing, fast-paced company in Lakewood is looking to add a sharp Accounts Payable Specialist to their team!The Accounts Payable Specialist will report to the Accounting Manager within a small accounting team of four people.The Accounts Payable Specialist role is fully on-site to start, then can work from home 2 days/week.Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:- process full cycle accounts payable in NetSuite (up to 50 invoices/day)- 3-way matching- vendor statement reconciliations and vendor communication- assist with sales tax- credit card reconciliations- bank account reconciliations- monitor the accounts payable inbox- other accounting duties as neededAccounts Payable Specialist Skills and Experience:- 3+ years of accounts payable experience- experience with NetSuite is highly desired- strong with MS Excel, including VlookupsHours for the Accounts Payable Specialist are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with flexibility) in a business-casual environmentLocal Accounts Payable Specialist candidates onlyAccounts Payable Specialist candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.#CBSEP2023
