Job Description:

Seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist for Lenawee and Monroe Counties, Michigan. Ideal for recent graduates or experienced therapists seeking work/life balance with flexible scheduling. Benefits include a supportive Care Coordination team providing scheduling and documentation assistance. Responsibilities encompass supervising assistant staff, communicating with office and patients, managing evaluations, plans of care, and discharge visits, and attending meetings. Requirements include current PT licensure, a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, strong communication skills, and ability to travel locally. Home healthcare experience is preferred. Position involves daily travel within Lenawee County. Salary is negotiable based on experience and visit rates.
