Marketing and Communications drives growth, brand awareness, and
TCC’s mission by strengthening the agency’s brand and corporate
identity in the broader community, with donors, and in the child
welfare sector. The Manager is responsible for the development,
planning, implementation, and evaluation of all agency marketing,
communications, SEO, social media, website, and public relations
activities, both internal and external to meet agency objectives.
Ultimately, this position helps build and maintain a strong and
consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline
marketing channels. Essential Job Functions Lead branding efforts
to ensure strength and consistency of position and messaging in the
marketplace. Create all agency communication materials, including
speeches, annual impact reports, newsletters and appeals prepared
for public distribution. Lead efforts to pitch TCC success stories
to the media and to reinforce positive brand narrative in the
marketplace. Maximize agency presence and reputation by developing
communications to various target groups, generating story ideas,
and writing them within the brand and tone of TCC, producing
targeted advertising campaigns, managing all social media channels,
and building a body of content consistent with the brand to build a
well-known, recognizable identity. Create content for marketing
initiatives, including fund raising events, to meet overall
strategic, revenue, and business objectives. Ensure marketing
campaigns drive revenue goals for the Marketing and Development
team, ranging from one-day fundraising events, donor retention
efforts, to larger scale fundraising events. Conceptualize,
execute, measure, and report from beginning to end of all marketing
campaigns and initiatives. Physical Requirements Minimal physical
requirements may lift general office equipment on occasion up to
five pounds. Minimum Qualifications BA degree in marketing,
journalism, public relations, communications, or related field. At
least three years of experience in marketing and communications,
with demonstrated success. Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and
experience with writing, SEO, design, social media, email
marketing, website management, and project management. Valid
Colorado Driver’s License All positions require criminal CBI
background check, FBI fingerprint check, State of CO child abuse
