Assembly Technician B&C Electronics Engineering is a small family-oriented company the provides state-of-the-art Automated self-serve dog washing machines to apartment buildings, car wash industry and retail stores across the U.S. and the rest of the world. We are also a contract manufacturer deigining and building elctroinics, printed circuit board assemblies, and electroinc boxes. B&C is looking to hire energetic individuals who love working in a dynamic fast paced environment doing a wide variety of tasks. Assembler Job Responsibilities: Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies. Positions or aligns components and parts, either manually or with hoists. Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts. Conducts quality control checks. Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools. Prepares work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Positions and installs parts and subassemblies. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Helps to maintains inventory by checking stock to determine supply levels and reporting potential problems to the buyer. Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms. Assembler Skills/Qualifications: Mechanical and technical skills Physical stamina and strength Safety management mindset Focus on quality control measures Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components.
