From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company's well-oiled onsite operation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily site inspections of the facilities and mechanical equipment such as thermostats, restrooms, ice machines refrigeration units, lighting fixtures, truck restraints and garage doors to ensure proper operation and condition
• Perform preventive maintenance to building systems and equipment as listed above
• Complete daily equipment check sheets and provide a report to the Facilities manager notifying any problems found
• Perform basic electrical repairs, such as light fixtures and ballasts
• Provide maintenance support to engineering projects and installations
• Assist in office furniture reconfigurations, furniture moves, and office moves as requested
• Ability to provide occasional on call support to facility

  Skills, Experience and Requirements
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  • 3-5 years of related experience with general maintenance procedures such as basic building and grounds preventative maintenance
    
    Skills and Qualifications:
    
    • Basic but proven experience with a variety of trades in the maintenance of commercial office space such as the operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety equipment
    • Strong knowledge of safe work practices and procedures typical for maintenance operations
    • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to work successfully within a team environment
    • Ability to operate a motor vehicle
    • Possess a current and valid driver license
      
      Preferred Qualifications:
      
      • Experience with dock locks, overhead garage doors, dock levelers
      • Experience with operating a forklift
      • CDL endorsement
      • CCTV security camera maintenance
      • Experience with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite
        
        Working Conditions:
        
        • Will be able to sit, stand, crawl, and climb ladders for extended periods
        • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
        • Will be able to work in all-weather environments, indoors, and outdoors
          
          Scheduled Weekly Hours:
          
          Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

          Salary Ranges
          
          Compensation: $25.00/Hour - $34.50/Hour

          The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
