We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our dynamic team, serving elementary school children in a supportive educational environment. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about pediatric therapy and are seeking a role that offers both flexibility and the opportunity to make a substantial impact in the lives of students. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student’s needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate speech therapy with educational objectives. Monitor and document students’ progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Provide guidance and education to family members regarding speech disorders and communication strategies. Adhere to all professional and ethical standards, including confidentiality and accuracy of records. Strong understanding of speech-language pathology concepts and techniques appropriate for school-aged children. Ability to develop and execute detailed treatment plans. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a special emphasis on working with children. Proficiency in using technology for documentation and communication. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC). Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology. Background check clearance.
