support, and relationships. We are seeking a Staff Accountant- Cash
Management for a newly created role supporting WVP’s continued
expansion. The Staff Accountant - Cash Management is responsible
for the accurate processing, coding, and reconciliation of cash
activity within Sage Intacct. This role manages cash postings
through the Banking Integration module, ensures proper use of
general ledger accounts and Intacct dimensions, and validates the
successful transmission of bank deposits. The Staff Accountant -
Cash Management researches and resolves cash application issues,
coordinates with internal teams and third parties to address
discrepancies, maintains audit-ready support for cash activity, and
supports month-end close by ensuring all cash is fully applied and
reconciled. Additional responsibilities include coordinating ACH
activity, facilitating property tax payments, and assisting the
accounting team with ongoing and month-end tasks as needed. Key
Responsibilities Code and post cash activity through the Sage
Intacct Banking Integration module to the correct general ledger
accounts and WVP location codes Ensure proper use of Intacct
dimensions, including Location, Department, Account, in all cash
postings, aligned with internal MID coding standards Review daily
bank feeds and validate the successful transmission and posting of
deposits from banking integrations into Sage Intacct Research,
analyze, and resolve unapplied cash, misapplied payments, returned
checks, and overpayments in a timely manner Proactively coordinate
with accounts payable, accounting teams, and third parties to
resolve questions, discrepancies, or posting issues Maintain
audit-ready documentation to support cash application, coding
decisions, and reconciliations Identify posting errors, mapping
issues, or unusual transactions and escalate as needed Support
month-end close by ensuring all cash is fully applied, accurately
coded, and reconciled within established timelines Track property
tax obligations and facilitate payments of property taxes as they
become due Establish, monitor, and reconcile ACH pulls for various
clinic locations Assist accounting team with other month-end and
ongoing tasks when needed Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree
in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent
practical experience will be considered in lieu of a degree Minimum
2 years of experience in cash management, cash applications, or
bank reconciliation within an accounting or finance environment
Hands-on experience using an ERP system for cash postings and
reconciliations; Sage Intacct experience and banking integrations a
plus Strong understanding of general ledger and dimensional
accounting, including location-based coding and reconciliations
Ability to research and resolve cash discrepancies and posting
variances in a timely manner High attention to detail with the
ability to manage high-volume transactions, meet month-end close
deadlines, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and
external partners Our salary ranges are primarily determined by
role, level, and location. The compensation range for this
opportunity is $68,000 - $74,000 annually. The range provided for
each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries
for the position across all US locations. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation
