Job Description:
Swedish Medical Center, a pivotal part of HealthONE, seeks a
dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Neuro Trauma
department. This role demands a professional who excels in a

Oversee daily operations in the neuro trauma unit, ensuring optimal
patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to develop and
implement patient-care plans. Lead, recruit, and train nursing
staff, fostering a collaborative environment that supports
professional development and high standards of nursing practice.
Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adapting care plans as
necessary to meet individual patient needs. Participate in the
development and execution of operational and budgetary plans for
the unit. Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and
the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication and compassionate
care. Strong leadership and organizational skills Exceptional
knowledge of neurology and trauma care Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with
multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in using medical software and
patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

in the state of employment Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse
(CNRN) or similar certification desirable Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support (ACLS) certification
