Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in various ICUs Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team Adjust care strategies based on patient progress and ICU specifics Maintain accurate patient records and administer medications and treatments timely and effectively Support patient families with communication and education regarding care processes Ensure adherence to all hospital safety and hygiene standards Advanced knowledge of ICU procedures and patient care Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Ability to quickly adapt to new departments and effectively manage changes Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado BLS Certified ACLS certification preferred CCRN certification beneficial
