This pivotal role ensures the highest standard of care for stroke patients across our network. The Coord Stroke Program is instrumental in aligning our stroke care services with the latest clinical guidelines and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. By leveraging your expertise in stroke care management, you will lead, develop, and evaluate the stroke program to ensure it complies with national standards and certifications. Develop and implement protocols and procedures that meet stroke care standards. Coordinate and conduct training sessions for staff on stroke prevention, care and rehabilitation. Manage data collection and analysis for continuous improvement in stroke patient outcomes. Engage with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. Prepare reports and maintain compliance with regulatory bodies and certifications such as Joint Commission Stroke Certification. Lead community outreach and patient education programs. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of stroke care protocols and health regulations Competency in data collection, analysis, and management Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary health setting Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado Certification as a Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) preferred BLS/ACLS Certification
